Welcome to Adventure Tails! By booking our dog walking services, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.

  1. Services Provided

    Adventure Tails offers professional dog walking services in the Canmore area, including:

    – Solo or group walks
    – Weekend and weekday availability
    – Optional services: boarding and overnight boarding

    All walks are designed to be safe, fun, and suitable for your dog’s age, size and temperament
  2. Booking and Payment

    – All services must be booked through our website form, email, or phone.

    – Payment is due prior to or on the day of the scheduled service, unless otherwise arranged.

    – We accept cash, E-transfer, or other agreed upon payment methods.
  3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    – Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

    – Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
  4. Dog Health and Safety

    – Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and in good health.

    – Adventure Tails is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or injuries that occur outside the scope of our supervision.

    – Dogs must be socialized and able to interact safely with other dogs (if participating in group walks).
  5. Liability

    – Adventure Tails takes every precaution to ensure your dog’s safety.

    – By using our services, you agree to release Adventure Tails from liability for minor injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur despite our reasonable care.
  6. Client Responsibilities

    – Provide accurate information about your dog’s behavior, health, and special needs.

    – Ensure your dog is ready walks at the scheduled time.
  7. Updates to Terms

    Adventure Tails reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
